Globalscape has been an online real-time audio interface, bringing soundscapes together from different time-zone capitals around the globe.

(London, Berlin,NYC, San Fransisco, Hong Kong, Jakarta, New Delhi, Cairo, Istanbul and Athens.)

Within this interface, one was able to mix them with adjustable 'microphone sensitivity' settings, zoom in on particular places, use the transparency mode to mix the with sound from the opposite side of the globe, and a random trajectory function. Due to the problems that often come along with locations that have poor internet connections, I decided to make a version with recordings in different categories, like rituals, nature, cities,.. The website has been rebuild from flash to Java by Scott Sinclair, but is now offline.
